Excellent service from Gerry Hill, Im fairly far away, so I took the gamble on an online purchase.

Asked for a few videos of a lexus they had & Ian was more than happy to send them quite rapidly, even with me asking for specifics.
From there the deposit was easy and communication was excellent, kept me informed of the MOT, inspection and servicing, going so far as to change parts that may have needed doing shortly after ownership. From there they delivered my car quickly in a timely manner, perfectly as described (all within a week)

Ive just come from my dream car as ive had a change in my work, and the service recived has taken alot of the edge off this!

Gerry Hill are an honest dealership where their word is as binding as any warranty you might have. I bought a Mercedes Cls from them 2 months ago and every issue i have they have taken care of. 10 year old high maintenance cars might very well have a few problems, but Ryan has never tried to get out of a situation where he wont fix it. This company are trustworthy and honest and I'd happily recommend them to my friends. They could not have been more helpful.

We bought a car from distance viewing so had it delivered quite far away.
A lovely, well prepared vehicle indeed. Unfortunately it just was not large enough for our family and cancelled the contract of sale. Well, I have to say, the team here couldn't be more obliging and quickly collected the car followed by a very quick refund.

Was given all the information we required before we travelled, and given a good price on our part exchange. Car was exactly as described and all the paperwork to tax it and transfer the number plate was completed by Ryan. Unfortunately a couple of days later back home in Devon the engine management light came on, but Ryan was quick to agree a course of action, I took it to a local jag specialist, who sorted out the issue and Ryan dealt with the Warranty company. Car now back to A1 condition. So excellent after sales service, would certainly look at buying again from them although they are a bit of a trip away, but can be trusted to pull out all the stops.

I recently bought a mazda cx3 from here, and Rhyan was excellent and very helpful , but you only get the measure of somewhere when things go wrong. And I have to say there were some issues with the car ( dpf filter), and the way they handled it was exceptional, I have the car back,all sorted. The after sales is how it should be. It's usually hard to trust car garages, but I trust this one. I will try to buy all my future cars from here. Thankyou to the team. I would highly recommend this garage

I was Also supplied with a full 6 month warranty and I have no doubt that it "will" be worth the paper it's written on !!

I just had my car serviced at Gerry Hill in Aberdare and I cannot fault the level of customer service that I had with this. While talking to Garry i mentioned my elderly Nan and I was going up to a cafe to wait until it was done and he very kindly had one of his drivers, Kayleigh, take us there as it was raining heavily.

Both Garry and Kayleigh were very nice and helpful during this whole process. I would highly recommend this garage. He was also very informative on everything my service came with and talked me through the safety report.

If i could give more stars i would.

Went to view a CLA45 few weeks ago, didn't end up buying due to finding something else that fit my needs a little more but I feel they deserve my review for the time and effort. Felt well welcomed, proper test drive offered and I had the feeling they care about the cars condition before selling, which is rare nowadays. A excellent experience from start to finish. Offered the best p/x price for my vehicle, more than any other dealer. The car I looked at had a few things I picked up on inspection, and they did not hesitate to sort these out, which was completed well. The car came with a sim month, gold warranty for peace of mind which can be extended at an extra cost. The cam belt was changed although it did not need it. The two front tyres had 6mm if tread on each but when the garage observed there were cracks in between the tread on both (lack of use) these were changed for new. Nothing was not too much trouble. I would certainly travel the two hours each way to purchase again from them.

I bought two cars from Gerry Hill in November and at the time left a 5 star review praising Gerry and Ian for their excellent service and for making the whole car-buying experience easy and unpressurised. About 2 months after I had a problem with the engine mngt light on one of our cars. I contacted Ian who said "just get it sorted". After a few weeks waiting for the part (from the dealer not GH) I got the replacement part fitted at my local garage and sent the invoice to Ian. It was paid and cleared into my bank account within 48 hours ! I was very pleasantly surprised at the speed and efficiency, no nonsense, no argument, no discussion way this was dealt with by Ian on behalf of GH - an excellent after sales service, they did just what they said they would do, a great example of after sales service, thank you !

I was looking at a Mercedes SLK on offer, and because I've had an interest in cars and am really fussy about what I buy, I like to give the car a thorough going over. Nothing was too much trouble for Ian and the owner, Geraint. They opened their workshop (closed for Christmas holidays), put the car on the ramp and provided lamps so that I could inspect the underside for corrosion and fluid leaks. I was there for hours! They even stayed open past their normal closing time. And I got a great cup of tea!!
These folk really went the extra mile. They are a breath of fresh air in the industry. Wish everyone was like them!

Purchased C180 Mercedes on 14 plate, problem with engine after 3 days. Returned car for them to deal with and can't fault them for the way they dealt with the repair, they even loaned me a good car while they fixed mine, an exceptional company to deal with, would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a replacement car.

My car was fully serviced and professionally valeted on collection with a full tank of petrol. I did meet the owner Geriant who likes to keep a low profile and introduced himself as the valeter but let me assure you he runs a very professional car sales and garage.

Personal service, all possibilities explored. No rushing to make a decision on the spot, although l did after being shown all the details of the car l fancied. Salesman hired the seat ready for my comfort and first impression of sitting in the drivers seat. I needed to change my car as l wasn't comfortable with the height and position during longer journeys. I had actually planned to buy a new car!! Will return when my husband decides to change his car.
